Zacarias Moussaoui May Be Sentenced To death ( By BigBadJohnny)

The top rendition is Zacarias Moussaoui ; The second picture is would be shoe-bomber, Richard reid

Each morning, as I make the early trek to downtown Chicago, driving into the Loop from the North side, I pass several tired but enthusiastic young ladies of the evening (and early morning) who are clearly, prostitutes.
Each afternoon, returning home, having parked the car, I am pbliged to walk thru a swarm or two of tied, but enthusiastic, drug sellers. I smile and keep walking.
I am an American Citizen.
I speak perfect English (I think.)
I have yet to report any of this clearly illegal activity to the police.
The question is, if a client of one of these hookers, or a customer of one of these drug peddlers were to die, of aids, or an overdose, what is the extent of my blame?
Following is an excerpt from a news article from Alexandria, Va.:
April 13, 2006
BY MICHAEL J. SNIFFEN
"ALEXANDRIA, Va. -- Jurors in the Zacarias Moussaoui trial listened Wednesday to a recording of terrified shouts and cries in the cockpit as desperate passengers twice charged panicked hijackers during the final half hour of doomed United Flight 93 on Sept. 11.
''Is that it? I mean, shall we pull it down?'' one hijacker asked 123 seconds before the jetliner slammed into a Pennsylvania field with 33 passengers, seven crew members and four hijackers. ''Yes, put it in it, and pull it down,'' another voice replied."
Me again:
I'm a good American Citizen. I support our troops in my Prayers, and in my thoughts.
The terrible 9/11 tragedy will live forever in my memory.
But, I also know something about the law. No one doubts the the extreme nature of the 9/11 attacks. But the issue is involvement!
Here is a rewrite of my previous article; I still stand solidly behind it.:
We are all familiar with the pending judgment of Zacarias Mousaoui. He allegedly conspired to participate in the 9/11 attack that shocked America. He withheld information on that attack from those who might have prevented it. He faces the possibility of execution for these crimes.
If this young Frenchman of Moroccan decent is found guilty and sentenced to death, it will be a tragic watermark for the American Judicial System.
He is inadequately defended; not an American citizen, not to be assisted by the ACLU. Many of the volatile arguments against him are focused, in the ongoing trial, on the extreme nature of the 9/11 attack, not on the issue of responsibility. Yet there are no objections from his council.
Families of 9/11 victims are in the courtroom, again, no objections.
Should he be punished? Yes. Should he be executed? No.
