Young James has cancer...... If you have Myspace you can help make his dream come true
I was on one of my new friend's site and came across a link for this young boy named James. James has recently been diagnosed with Leukaemia and he and his dad decided to set up a my space account to see how many new friends we could make. James has Acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) which is a form of cancer that affects the lymphocyte-producing cells in the bone marrow.
James is trying to make 1 million friends. Help him reach his goal! Please click on the link below and add him! Let's help make his dream come true!
