Wrap Youself Skinny!

I recently experienced tremendous inch loss safely in 1 hour!

...I've always had some problems with my weight. At my heaviest I was 279. Not very appealing...

After months of constant exercise and watching what I eat, I've managed to get down to 208, which I'm very happy with. I'm 5'10", and my weight is evenly proportioned, so I don’t look extremely obese.

Recently, while browsing the internet, I found a method called body wrapping. It's a process of wrapping your body with either a chemical/mineral solution and/or clay/mud with various types of herbs, essential oils, and salts mixed in.

I decided to try it. I made my own body wrap mixture, which consisted of green clay powder, sea kelp powder, sea salt, lemon juice, water, and peppermint oil.

First, I measured myself and recorded all of my measurements in a tablet.

I then heated the mixture in a crock-pot until it was very warm. At this point I added 4 large elastic bandages and one small one to soak up the mixture and allowed them to heat up while I jumped into a hot shower to open up my pores.

When I got out I put on cotton underwear and a cotton bra (no underwire) and began wrapping the warm strips around my thighs. I then wrapped the main points that I'm concerned with - hips, waist, arms, and a small bandage for my face.

I then wrapped the bandaged areas with plastic wrap and laid in a sleeping bag and put a heater on in the room with me. Heat is a key part in the body wrap.

After relaxing for about 45 minutes - 1 hour, I got up and unwrapped myself, cleaned off and remeasured myself. Astonishingly, I lost a total of 9 inches from the 5 areas I wrapped the very first time!

This all happened about 2 weeks ago. Since then I've done 3 more wraps and I've lost a total of 19" from my problem areas and I've gone down 2 dress sizes. My double chin is GONE and I feel so much better about myself! I love instant results! I haven't done any dieting, only my normal food choices and lots of water.
