Wow. Money I didn't know about.

I just logged into my email and saw that Associated Content paid me. The funny thing is, I thought I already got paid for those articles. It's like finding a gift certificate in the pocket of your winter coat. I checked, and sure enough, I hadn't been paid for those yet.

I think the mistake happened because I had a couple of days last week where I wrote a LOT of articles. These three were the last of that set, and all week, I had watched the money rolling into paypal from it, and calculated how much I was owed from all the different places still. I included them in this amount, but not in the "already paid" column.

Pretty nice, and I can live with these kind of surprises (even though I would have eventually found out my mistake).
