Work on the Web

I've been working with several friends to make a living from the web. I've am the sole income earner in our family, and it is possible to earn money on the net.

But, there are so many new people who are trying to make a living on the net that the are making it difficult. Not because they are willing to work for free, but because they are stealing content from good websites and using it on theirs to make them look like they are the pros.

They buy a major marketing campaign, making promises that cannot be met. They are giving people on the net a bad rep.

I am not talking about the work at home mom who is trying to make money selling candles. I am talking about the ex financial industry manager who now sets up a website as an SEO marketer - without ever taking a course.

If you are trying to make a living on the web, or you are just new, make sure you talk to the people before buying from them. Google their business name and read everything you can. Most important - make sure they have been around for a year or more. You'll save yourself a lot of money.
