Indian women have done well in sports like athletics, swimming, women hockey, badminton, and long tennis etc. However are still not able to put any favorable impact in sport like cricket. Although women play cricket and India has a women cricket team. But unfortunately women cricket is not able to see any popularity worldwide as seen by the cricket. Today male cricket is one the most watch sports event in India and its players are treated like god in India. On the other hand women cricket has completely failed to attract any same kind of response. The one reason behind all this could be that this play is looked more oriented towards male than the female as most popularly it is known as gentle man game. Moreover it is not only Indian women cricket which is side lined but it is a same story with all the women crickets across the world. So far it is difficult to change this perception because it has penetrated deep down the people minds.
