I've been working as a guide for ChaCha for about a week now, and I think it's really fun work! I've made about $30 thus far, and I know that the longer I'm there the more I can expect to earn. I was not paid for training, but that didn't take long at all. After training you start out making $5/hr for actively searching, as you move up it can go up to $10.
