Why Can't We Just Get Paid

Why can't we just get paid? I can not understand why we have to have $100.00 in our google account before we get paid. I have money in my account, it's not even close to $100.00 but it's money that I worked for. It could take years to reach $100.00, what if I never get there, am I sitting here writing for nothing. When we work at a regular job we don't get told to wait until the cheque is at $1000.00 to get paid, no we get paid no matter how much it is. Even if we work for a few days in the 2 week pay period we still get our cheque even if it is a small amount, we earned it. What makes this different, we earned it and I think that they should send us our cheques. I worked on a site called Southern Charms and my first week I made way less then $100.00 but I got paid because I worked. I want my money from my blogs because I worked for it. Let me know if there is anyone else that feels the same way. If they don't want to mail the cheques out they can put it in my paypal account, I don't mind losing some of it on the paypal charges, I just want to get paid.
