Why can't she give up?
Gloria Macapagal Arroyo (GMA) has alraedy declared a state of emergency today, and yes, just to inform you guys, tomorrow is the anniversary of the EDSA 1 people power which outthrew a dictator's (Marcos) regime.
Truth is, GMA has already been receiving lots of criticisms and has had to stumble over uprisings from the community asking her to step down from her position. It reached its critical point when she told the public that she apologizes for talking to a Commission on Elections officer during an election campaign where she was running for re-election. That was the "Hello Garci" CD that has stunned not only the Philippines but the rest of the world as well.
I don't know. She just seems so stupid. She has already acknowledged the fact that she had been asking for help during that election. She was asking for him to do some manipulating regarding the outcome of the votes. I don't know why she keeps on keeping her hand on her seat when people do not even want her.
She's stupid. And that's all I know. Dirty politician. That she is.

who's got clean hands?
i would be hopeful if somebody can name to me 3 politicians who don't have "dirt" in their hands.
seems to me that anyone who steps into "government" property either becomes corrupted or invalid (i.e.walang pakiramdam). The people you can trust to lead the country are either dead or now don't want to have anything to do with governance.
i do not trust GMA. but i'm not willing to trust those "politicians" marching in the streets calling for her to step down. i cannot quite bring myself to take seriously the likes of jinggoy estrada and aimee marcos acting so self righteous and holier than thou and claiming that they only have the best interests of filipinos in their hearts. i just laugh and point at the TV, saying who the f*** do you clowns do you think you're kidding?
