Hey, who's behind that curtain!?

Primarily, it's just me. My name is Brenda Boggs. I'm an Internet dinosaur who's seen the World Wide Web's roots, watched it grow, and grow, and grow... well, you get the picture. I've fiddled and tinkered with websites practically all my life, from making personal pages to running my own web design and development business.

The problem is, I've never had much design sense, and found I'm really not that interested in making websites for other people. What I'm good at is understanding the way the Web works. I'm good at information. I'm good at moving information. I'm good at knowing how to develop a website that the search engines are going to want to pick up, and how to promote a website and drive traffic to it.

When my first daughter was born, it became important to me to be able to stay at home with her and still contribute financially. I researched a lot of work at home opportunities, and came across endless scams, as well as other parents, students, and just people in general who were trying to find legit ways to work from home, as well.

Now that I have two daughters and have had some success working from home, I wanted to create a way that could help others also achieve that success. And so, BloggerParty.com was born.
