I remember when Lasik first came out. I think I was a sophomore in college, or maybe it was my junior year. It seemed like such a strange procedure, but then I started doing research and found that it’s not that strange. Did you know that it’s also quite affordable? The procedure is done with lasers, which basically remodel the corneas of the eyes. There are quite a few complications as with any type of surgery. However, for most people the results far outweigh the complications, making it worth the time and money it costs to have it done.

For me, though, I enjoy having glasses. I think they make me look smarter. I guess it would be nice to have the option of taking my glasses off, though.
