Who Knew About "BloggerParty"?
Well, low and behold there are other blog sites. I am usually over at Blogfeast, but read that a fellow blogger from there was over here. There had been many site problems with their server, so this last time it went down, it did for about 20 days.
They have since gotten a newer and more expensive server, and there hasn't been any major problems since.
I just was wondering where our old buddy Catfish had gone to, and someone commented that he was over here at BloggerParty.
This site seems pretty cool. I sure will be dropping some posts here. I will be stopping in to read many more as well. I do recognize a few more names here as well.
I sure wished I knew this site was here when Blogfeast was down. It would have been great to be blogging here for a while. And Catfish if you read this, I am glad to find you. Miss reading all your great posts, but now know where to find ya.

I knew there were other sites, and the ones I looked at, I didn't care too much for. I cant believe I didn't stumble onto this one. I look forward to being able to post in two different places, that will be different for me. I just noticed that some of the usual names were not around anymore. Great to hear from you!!!

you know just working alot and my daughter is getting ready to graduate from high school. I tend to find time some where though to do a little blogging or at least read my favorite people and then some.

I wasn't trying to hide. Matter of fact, we were hoping to find a way to get to people on BF to let them know where we were, because it irked us that they hadn't tried to send email to everyone letting them know what was going on. Weasels! So, today was the first time I went back, and I saw someone had posted a comment to me on one of my comments, and I replied,... only to have BF go down on me! Nope, I'm done; don't trust it, and don't need it. I'm happy here, even if there aren't enough responders right now. And I'm glad you're here also.

it really went down again on you? I will say that it is the first time that I know of, that there has been a problem since it came back up. I do wish they would have emailed all of us to let us know something-anything would have been better than leaving us in the dark for 20 days. I am glad to find you and Sassy's and a few others here though. I also see that Inquest has been here too.

that's just how things seem to go with me, which kind of figures. But that's okay, because I'm here now. It's amazing how we all allowed the other site to keep taking advantage of our good feelings like that, because we had that "false" sense of community. Kind of like allowing your spouse to continually beat you and then saying how much you still love that person; ugh.

I've never even heard of Blogfeast
I was big at Writing UP but got frustrated with the downtime as well. One blog is enough for me at the moment. I've just started posting to mine again - having a baby makes blogging more difficult for a while!
I'll be interested in reading about music. I'm a fan as well. In fact, I just wrote a little review of Kelly Clarkson's newest album on my blog.

I already feel like I know you some, as I have been reading your posts lately. I dont have a whole lot of time on my computer, so I try to comment if I can, but I read alot of stuff here. I tend to be a myspacer as well, so I usually am here and there. I was also on Blogfeast until it went kaput. That really sucked, as I read alot of people there and some I dont see here. Glad to hear that you're a reader! I'm a little disappointed, since my renewed efforts in blogging, I'm getting crap for reads. Used to be, I got at least a hundred per post. Now, well... not so much. Maybe they'll creep up with time. I'm not networking on here now (too much time spent on these allergic kids!!!) maybe that's the difference.
