Who is Responsible?

They lure our children into joining the service with big promises and high ideals, pack them off to a foreign country to fight a war and then don't even bother to outfit them with enough key protective equipment including armored vehicles, roadside-bomb countermeasures and communications gear.

How many young men and women might have come home if they had been issued the right gear? What could be more important than equipping someone's loved one with the right gear to keep them safe and bring them home. How could our leaders not send enough equipment to deter roadside bombs with equipment designed to foil the roadside bombs by interfering with cell-phone signals that may be used to detonate them? What kind of people do that?

These findings were released by the Pentagon. I am surprised they can even sleep at night knowing they sent young men and women into harm's way and didn't bother to give them the very thing to keep them safe.
