If you're a member of Costco, they have the best roses that you can buy "off the shelf." And they only cost $14.99 in the month of February. They have a few thorns, but then again, so does love. If you don't have a Costco membership, most supermarkets also carry flowers, thought the quality varies.

Since you cannot reserve your bouquet at these stores, you will need to buy them early (not 30 minutes before your date). You can also beat the rush and buy them a day or two in advance. Just keep the bouquet in your refrigerator in a vase of water.
