If you could go anywhere on a vacation for two weeks where would you go? Would it change if it was for four months? What if you could move there?

I have a long list of places I want to visit. If I had the option I am not sure that would even want to settle down. Here is as good a place as any now. But the places I want to visit!

The gold coast of Australia and the Great Barrier Reef are at the top of my list. On the way back I would like to stop in Hawaii. Wait. Wait! We are going too fast. Go back through Sinapore and a short detour through Malaysia and Thailand. I have already seen Hong Kong so I will pass on that for now.

I want to see everything in Australia. Scuba dive the Great Barrier Reef, see the kangaroos, and the other strange wild life, watch an Opera at the Sydney Opera House. Surfing is big in Australia so I would like to give that a try. I would also like to do some ranching in the outback. I saw this brochure from an Australian Adventure tour company about getting a work term on a ranch in Australia where you herded cattle on horse back, or motor bikes, or in extreme cases helicopters. Now that looked like fun!

Malaysia and Thailand have some great beaches and nice vacation resorts. An opportunity to let those saddle sores heal. Then on to Hawaii.

In Hawaii, I want to do some more scuba diving, see the volcanoes, walk across the lava rock, and see the pineapple fields. I am going to need all four months! And then home to plan my next trip.
