Whatever happened to Agloco?

Agloco I signed up with this site so many months ago. At first they said it will be up and running in March but now it's almost end of April. Now I keep hearing people said it's scam and I don't want to install any scam search engine in my computer again - I did that with Slash My Search and guess what there was NEVER any result of my search plus I earned $ 1 or so in a week using it so of course then I uninstalled it! Do you know anything about it?
