Doggy TAILS are tales of my experiences with my dog Trudy she is a half breed but don’t hold that against her. She is part dachshund “wiener dog” and the other half unknown. She has a brown coat with shades of black , sometimes a folded ear tip (She was born with it completely fold up and looked like she had half a ear.) but as she grew her ear unfolded.

Trudy had ruff start in life. As a puppy she had Parvo and I thought I was not going to see her grow up. Thank God for veterinarians, are local vet fixed her right up. I can’t stress enough the importance of puppy vaccinations. Puppy’s like babies they are so fragile when young vaccines help keep them healthy.

Like most puppies Trudy was hard to potty train. Her biggest problem was she was hard headed ,that she copied from me. She like’s things done her own way. She won’t even sit on bare cement, your highness has to have a rug or chair. She finally learned to go out side because I let her know my head was bigger than hers. Trudy is the joy of my life and always makes me laugh. She hates it when I am to busy and looks for ways to distract me. One way she does this is act as though someone is at the door. By going to the door barking then back to me ,like Get up see who it is? She use’s this trick to get food away from my mother’s dog Pete as well she’ll lures him away then run back and get her prize.
