What good things can insecurities give you?

Most people have insecurities. But until when are we going to allow ourselves to be trapped by this "emotion" that has really no obvious cause or purpose.

I don't want to sound "all knowing", saying things about this since we all have different cases and different level of emotions. But just common sense, it really doesn't give us anything beneficial or something that can make us ready for "change".

It is hard, especially when it is stuck in your mind that you're like that and there's nothing you can do about it. Maybe in one point it is right. Just let it be. "Who I am - what I am attitude" "It is me - it's not your problem anymore". Personally, thinking that it is hard is all in the head. We are the one creating it, and eventually it will be a problem. A problem that will give us regrets.

We can not just simply think of ourselves because there are people evolving around us. People who cares, people who just wants us to be better. Sometimes, we just don't notice it, but it's all for ourselves.

We feel insecurities, it's hard to ignore. Cry it out all you want. Speak it out. Let it be if you want to. But just think of the people around you that cares. It is hard to change the things we got used to do, but putting limits to it might help. Especially when you know it's for a good cause.
