A survey was carried out and reported in the local newspapers recently. It featured on what are the differences gender display in their surfing habits. An a not so surprising trend has surfaced.

It found that males tend to surf sites that are related to technological gadgets, DIY, informational and pornographic. On the other hand, females tend to visit sites that share information such as health tips, food and to share woes and joys.

And apparently its not difficult to explain the trend. Guys in real life are seldom able to share things that are too personal. They tend to talk less and are more of the "fix-it-man" in the family. On the hand, Females are more adept at sharing and expressing their inner feelings and thoughts. As the protector and caretaker of the family, they are also more prone to be interested in learning how to protect the health of family members.
