Weight Loss

Everyone wants to lose weight these days and of course I'm one of those. I've tried this pill and that diet. I would exercise here and there. I never could really get comitted to anything. Now it is a total must that I lose weight. So for my birthday last week I got a gym membership. I really like it except I'm one of those who feel that you have to get into shape before you go! I'm working through that though...I think that this could be good for me. I've also started eating healthy. That is so not fun, but it feels good at the same time.

Anyways...I have comitted myself to working out and eating right. Does anyone know of ways to help me stay comitted? I wanted to join a gym because I was hoping that if I'm paying all that money that I really don't have that I would go whether I wanted to or not. The food thing is where I think I will have the biggest problems. I'm not going to lie...I like to eat. Right now it's going pretty well, but I'm afraid in a month or two that I will resort back to my old ways. So...any ideas to keep motivated and on track? I could really use some help with this.

This is really something that I have to do as quickly as possible. I have a nerve disorder that could totally disable me. The weight will only make it worse. I want to be able to work out before my body can't work at all. Any ideas will be considered and appreciated.

It's been two months

So how's it going? I understand about lack of motivation and love of food. I totally need a drill sergeant to get me off my ass.

I have cut down on what I

I have cut down on what I eat a whole lot. I'm not sure why. It could be one of the medicine's I have to take for chronic pain. Whatever the reason, I'm very thankful. I haven't lost any weight yet, but I'm convinced that it will happen eventually!

Try this. I have lost about

Try this. I have lost about 18-20 pounds recently, and about 5 of it has been in the last few weeks when I discovered this site. It's so easy to use, and it's completely free.
