Wedding Flowers
What flowers did you have at your wedding? I chose an unusual option for my bouquet - silk flowers. The reason was simple - I wanted to be able to keep my bouquet as a permanent memento of the wedding day. Six years later, I still have them - and every time I look I remember the day itself and the hard work my mother put into making them. The bouquet was a mix of yellow and white (don't ask me what flowers they were) set in a kind of spray effect and they were beautiful. Of course, I still wanted to do the traditional bouquet throwing, so I had a real flower bouquet in the same colours for throwing. That worked well, though the scramble to catch it had to be seen to be believed. It's a shame we didn't manage to catch that moment on video.
This post was inspired by a web release by dot flowers who provide a range of colourful blooms for summer weddings, in flower arrangements or gift baskets. These include dendrobium orchids, dahlias, daisies, chrysanthemums and baby's breath.
A web release from carinsurance.com heralds the launch of a new type of automotive insurance from Norwich Union in the UK. Short term car insurance lets people choose insurance for up to 28 days. This means that if you need to pick up your car from the showroom, or someone wants to borrow your car for a while, it's easy to arrange cover. The short term car insurance costs £10 a day for the first two days and £4 a day after that. This type of insurance may well catch on in the US. In the meantime, carinsurance.com has competitive quotes on car insurance wherever you live in the US.
Did you know that Orlando is the number one tourist destination in the world, with well over 40 million visitors a year? The information comes in a web release from Moremouse.com. The tourism industry is a big employer and many people are moving to the area to take advantage of the opportunities Orlando offers. And an Orlando rental home may be worth a look. Great views, great weather, great beaches, great theme parks and rolling green countryside.
