I certainly have to sympathise with our Aussie cousins across the ditch with the terrible weather they have experienced during the last week or so. Any loss of life is tragic.

In recent years it has been drought and bushfires that Australia and Aussies have had to endure. We here in New Zealand have been extremely pleased that our fire-fighters were able to help out late last year and early this year.

It has been NZ that has copped all the terrible storms during the last few years, but the weather is now on the other foot, so to speak.
