With constant prayer in life, people are able to find peace in prayer as it keeps them grounded.. People feel comfort in prayer to
know God is there for them. It keeps people safe in their everyday life.
We encourage students to educate themselves about candidates and make the best choice. According to www.reclaimamerica.org , “Two million fewer evangelicals turned out to vote in 2000 than in1996, according to an estimate provided by Dr. John C. Green, director of the Ray C. Bliss Institute of Applied Politics at the University of Akron. (Others have put the number at four million.)� I know there is a problem with ignorant Christians not voting. God has allowed us to be born in this Nation that gives us a right to vote and we should use this blessing for His purpose.
Lord returns blessings to her as well. Your prayers are in God’s presence, and that is very powerful. Imagine being in the presence of the Almighty. What more can you do than bow down at his
feet?
The more you are in prayer and contact with Him, the more you learn about Him. The more you learn about Him and from Him, the more you are like Him.
Doesn’t it say in Genesis, �God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him.�
Why has the world turned into such a difficult place to live? Man has turned his back on God, and he has ceased to pray. Man has made a life in the flesh with all his worldly items that take his attention.
Man needs to turn back to God and PRAY to straighten out this crazy world.
One has to have a relationship with God to pray. With God, when the person is actually a child of God, he belongs to God, God knows them and hears their prayers. Jesus said, "I am the good shepherd. I know my sheep and my sheep know me...my sheep listen to my voice. I know them and they follow me. I give them eternal life and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand."(John 10:14)
Some people get mad at God because He does not answer their prayers. Sometimes it is just man paying lip service to God. Other times God will answer it in His own time. People get all wrapped up when the do not get a response immediately. They have to have patience.
For those who do know him and rely on him, Jesus seems to be wildly generous in his offer: "If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be given you."(John 15:7) To "remain" in him and have his words remain in them means they conduct their lives aware of him, relying on him, listening to what he says. Then they're able to ask him whatever they want.
Today’s world needs those who believe in God to pray to help fix the mess the world is in today. The world needs prayer. God is waiting to hear from man. If man knows God he will be ok. Man needs God to fix the world today. Man needs to take a 180-degree turn to fix what he messed up.
