We need a family vacation. See, my husband works pretty far away from home, and he only has a chance to get out here on weekends. Consequently, we don't get to spend a lot of time together as a family, and I know he misses the kids a lot. So when I say we need a family vacation, it's less about taking time away from work, and more about spending time together and forming life long memories.

I think I've decided that when we go on one, we should go to Orlando. There is so much to do there, and I know the kids would love to go to Disney World. I went when I was little, and it and Epcot center are still fresh in my memory. I also think when we go, I would like an Orlando vacation rental. We'd be able to cook some meals or go out if we wanted, and many places have pools that the kids would enjoy. I'm just not into hotels very much. I like a more home-like atmosphere. And these places are big enough that we could even take grandma or other relatives or friends. I once rented a vacation house with a big group of people I met online, and there were so many of us that hotel rooms wouldn't have been feasible. So we got a vacation rental, and we had the best time!

And there's so much more I think we'd all enjoy. My son would LOVE going to the Space Center, and my daughter would get a kick out of seeing an alligator. My hubby would love Epcot Center. And me?? I think even though I'm much older than when I went before, I could still ride the Haunted Mansion ride alllllll day long. lol
