Upside-Down fudge Brownie Pudding
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar
3 T cocoa
1/2 cup milk
2 T melted butter or oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup chopped walnuts, optional
3/4 up brown sugar
2 T cocoa (second amount)
2 cup boiling water
Combine flour, baking bowder, sugar, and cocoa; mix well. In another bowl,
combine milk, butter/oil and vanilla. Stir into flour mixture and add nuts, if
using. The batter will be very thick. (You can add more liquid if too dry.)
Spread batter evenly in well-greased slow cooker. In a bowl, combine brown
sugar and cocoa. Add boiling water, mixing well. Pour over batter in the slow
cooker. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or until toothpick inserted ino the
center of the pudding comes out clean. Spoon into individual bowls.
