United States set to release alleged plane bomber that killed 73 people

The United States is set to release Luis Posada Carriles from a Texas immigration detention centre. Mr. Posada is believed to be behind a 1976 plane bombing that killed 73 people in Venezuela. He was caught while trying to cross the Mexican border into the United States Illegally. So far no third party country will except his deportation.
