Why are the fresh graduates being unemployed after spending so much money and a few years in the varsities? Is there any particular reason for this?
They have the qualification, but then problem arises when these fresh grads can't be matched to any vacancies. They are also rejected because they are inexperienced.
How can they have experience if nobody will ever give them any chance?
