Trials and tribulations of toilet training my cats - Part 2

Hi folks,

So it's the next step in the toilet training. I've managed to reduce the amount of litter I'm putting in the plastic bowl/plate/dish type thing. There's a wee smidgen in the bottom, just enough to cover it. And they are still using it.

Sooo....

Tonight marked the next step in the training. I have cut a little hole in the bottom of the plate, around 1.5cm in diameter. I'm still waiting to see if they will use it like that. They should do. They seem to be getting on very well with all this, much faster than I had anticipated too!

What I did was cut the hole after they had done their ones and twos because I didn't want them resorting to the bath or somewhere else equally inappropriate. So now I have to wait and see.

I'll let you know. I am cautiously optimistic.
