How was everyones day I have been struggling with the diet for the last few days to a week. Has anyone else come up with this problem. I would like to know of any tips that people have that have worked for them and could help me along and loose some more weight. I would really appricate the help. I hope all of you have done better then me. For about a week I have been unable to loose any weight. So any tips would be great.
