Hello how is everyone today Im doing great with the weight loss. lost about 5 pounds. I have been reading a few other books and decided to throw a few tips from them in there. Anyone every heard of the Shangra-La diet good concept in it. The weight set point and how to lower it. I hope im not throwing to much in here but I think that these diets work but they have parts that work and when put together they will work better. How is your weight loss going keep me updated I dont want to be in this alone.
