The first is suitable messages. Researchers have found that, for subliminals to work well, certain guidelines must be followed when creating them. Get these wrong, and your messages may have the OPPOSITE effect from what you intended. Later in the course we will look at these principles in more detail.
The other thing you will need is a method for administering the messages to yourself, so you are not consciously aware of them. There are various methods you can use to do this.
One simple method is to flick messages written on a notepad quickly in front of your eyes. It's a little primitive, but you can read more about this in an article I've written at: www.subliminal-power.com/mind.
One program that is particularly useful for flashing these messages however is Subliminal Power. It's a tool I created some years ago now -- and it currently enjoys over 220,000 users throughout the globe. You can find this great program online at www.subliminal-power.com/mind.
Subliminal Power comes ready-loaded with hundreds of subliminal messaging scripts, designed to achieve a huge variety of goals. You simply select which ones you want - e.g. improve your memory - and the program flashes messages on your PC screen to help you achieve them.
These messages are too brief to see consciously, so they go straight to your subconscious, where they immediately start to create new thought-patterns and behaviours. In effect, they act to re-program your mind with the thought-patterns you desire.
You don't JUST have to use the ready-made scripts. You can create your own scripts as well and load them into the program. Whatever you most want to achieve, Subliminal Power makes it easy to use subliminal messaging to help you achieve it.
