I don't know anything about real estate in Del Mar. In fact, I had never heard of Del Mar until a couple of days ago, but I have to say it looks beautiful. Sunshine and palm trees are right up my alley (what else would you expect from a Caribbean girl?

Whenever I've looked at property in the US, it's always the hot places that have appealed. I don't do snow, if I can help it. That's why I'll probably never live in Canada and there are a lot of places I won't visit in winter.

I've already done the snow in my boots, wind chill, freezing bones thing. So Del Mar is looking good.
