The so called experts are saying that by summer of 2008 all of the United States will have gas prices above $4 per gallon. This is getting ridiculous. It seems like there is always an excuse to raise the gas prices. If a hurricane comes, raise the gas prices, if there is a possible war coming, raise the gas prices, if this is happening, raise the gas prices, if that is happening, raise the gas prices, you get the point. We are being legally robbed here while making some people rich but like everyone says "what can I do about it, I just have to pay it". Now, we all know in the past couple of years that the oil companies made record breaking profits so why don't they take that 200 billion dollars they made in the past couple of years and build some more refineries and get things back in order. I'll tell you why, because they just don't give a damn. Why would they, there's more money in it for them the way it is right now. Do you think George Bush cares? America made the big mistake by putting an oil man in office. When Bill Clinton left office gas was on the average $1.50 per gallon, that was in 2000. Look at what has happened since then! I'm no expert on this topic at all, just my opinion on the matter. Weare being robbed!
