I had no freakin idea how to create one. I've only later found out that you need the save them as a .pot file extension (that is a design template). My stupid boss kept bugging me about this. I've searched for some complete idiot's guide for creating powerpoint templates. And I got a bravehost blog that directed me to this ppt blog. Found a few templates.
