The Whey Protein Diet Craze
Well what i want to talk about today is the whey protein diet. I've been hearing about it all over the place from magazines with Ophra in it.I heard that you can lose a ton of weight just by adding it to your cereal or oatmeal or just by having a shake for a well balanced breakfast. I read that Ophra used whey to lose an extra 10 pounds and she lost it fast. Well i said to myself if she can lose it fast so can i. So this month on the 15th i started the whey protein diet. I pour some non-fat milk into my personal blender, add a handful of frozen fruit in a bag and add some no calorie sweetner for taste. You can add fruit if the protein is vanilla flavor. I mix and drink. Now i drink it two time a day usually in the mornings and at lunch. Now from the 15th to the 20th today i got on the scale. To tell you the truth i started out 300 pounds and now the scales is saying 290 pounds. I lost 6 pounds in 5 days I can see my tummy slimming a bit. I drink alot of water which helps flush off all the stored up water and other toxins. Dinner time i eat a sensible meal and drink more water of course i have me some snakes like slimfast bars. The whey protein is working for me. I've tried tons of diet, but nothing compares to this. I want to challenge anyone who want to lose a couple of pounds to try it and tell me if you lose something fast. I lost 6 i don't know if any one can lose that. Tell me what you think
