The Truth About Affirmative Action!

I'd like to offer up the revelation that masquerading as an African American, has given me extraordinary insight into the ploys of what we do as White Americans. Below is an defintion/example of how the true concept of Affirmative Action has been changed to exclude those of us with fair skin. What I've discovered, even here in blog-land; is that now that I've revealed my true identity--I have far more responses per blog. I'm naturally assumed to know more. Its raised my stock value considerably in revealing my true culture.

Racial-preferences and gender-preferences for the correct races and genders. Under this defintion, Affirmative Action is comprised of programs and policies that grant favorable treatment on the basis of race or gender to government-defined "disadvantaged" individuals.

The government must first "define" what disadvantaged actually means.
This allows a distinction to be created of giving something special to this newly defined/targeted group. Note that the concept of Affirmative Action--is based on programs and policies that grant favorable treatment on the basis of race or gender---STOP THERE!----This juncture is where the true revelation begins.

This may offend some of you! But isn't the very meaning of the DEFINITION, a policy of White America that has been maintained for centuries? Consider the forming of this country, the educational, social, and financial institutions that have been created. Were they not set up and maintained to grant favorable treatment on the basis of race--and then gender (within that same race)?

There will be far more on this discussion as we go along. And don't be afraid to voice your opinions. Now that we know I'm not African American, we can safely assume I'm not prone to verbal violence.
