The seriousness of Breast Cancer

Did you know that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month?
Everyday, more and more women are finding out that they have Breast Cancer. You may know someone personally that has it or has survived it. Every woman needs to know the facts about breast cancer.
Maybe you are a survivor yourself.
Breast cancer strikes women and men. It's not picky. As our nation works harder towards finding cures and treatments, it's up to us to make regular appointments and be screened for this. It's up to us to do monthly breast exams. And it's up to us, to let our doctor know if we find anything suspicious.

I personally don't know anyone with Breast Cancer. But I know as a 27 year old female that one day I could find out that I have it. I spent alot of time reading about Breast Cancer on this site, and it inspired me to come here and write a post about it.

Breast cancer needs to be taken seriously!
There is great information in this post. It is too bad more women do not take notice of the serious problems undetected breast cancer can cause, and the serious health risks associated with undiagnosed breast cancer.
