Does anyone remember watching the old cartoons?

As a child during Halloween, I can remember seeing a cartoon on the Disney channel that was really good. This past Halloween I searched for it, and I was unable to find it.

I believe it had donald duck, etc, and the cartoon was about sleepy hollow. They also had a few other scary segments as well. It was the perfect Halloween cartoon for kids.

This Halloween I was very disappointed with the Halloween cartoons and shows they played. Where I live, it seemed to be geared more towards teens, if there was anything Halloween related at all.

Times have really changed, and it seems like nothing will ever be the same again.
