[b]In the Goddess Of Night poem,i explain my true feelings of the Mother of Night in the Greek Culture.Goddess Hecate is one of the many Goddesses that i look up to as a Goddess,and is my main deity in the Wicca religion.
Although i have others that i call on,but Goddess Hecate is my main one.
I like Her role in the Goddess form as the thought of when She helped Goddess Diana rescue Her daughter Kore(once was called Persiphone)from the Underworld Ruler Hades.Hades had kidnapped Her long time ago and was going to use Her as the UnderWorld Queen.Although Kore didn't want to,She still did anyway untill Hecate came and rescued Her.In the myth,they said that Goddess Diana was so saddened,that the whole earth turned dark on the day that She found Kore gone.Such a great story to read and to research on.Thanks for reading my poem and hope that you enjoyed it as well.
