Analyzing the areas where we can have ended up underestimating ourselves and developing negative attitudes, we will treat the area of the emotional attitudes.

You have the inherent same capacity to be an emotional genius as for the physical and intellectual excellence. Once again, everything depends on the perspectives that you have. If you prepare to feel depressed, restless, broken-hearted, fearful, guilty, concerned or to suffer any neurotic behavior, then you will invariably achieve those conditions and they will end up being part of your regular life.

Of course that you will justify them with such sentences like To be depressed is something natural or like It is human to get angry or We all make mistakes, etc. But all this doesn't have anything human, they are rather neurotic behaviors that contribute to impair your existence.

You can learn how to eliminate for itself that class of reactions that have taken you to a sure defeat. It is you who must choose your options. If you erase from your perspectives the dysfunctions and the uncertainty, you will end up having the characteristics that a fully operational person has.

You and not the circumstances are the one that control your emotional states. Why most of the human beings don’t accept that? Simply because we don't dedicate time to analyze ourselves.
