THE CHOICE ISLAMICS NEED TO MAKE.

HALLELUYAH

in 1991the islamic people throughout the world fervently prayed that the allied forces do not attack iraq
what happened was that iraq was attacked and defeated and quwait was set free.
after 9/11 the islamic people prayed fervently that the allied forces do not attack afganistan.
what happened was that afganistan was attacked and taliban destroyed.
in 2003 again the islamic people prayed fervently that saddam hussein not be attacked .
what happened was that sddam hussein was attacked, taken out of a hole, tried and put to death.and against the most radical desire of the islamists america stayed in iraq firm and successful for a long time now.

and there are scores of things likethat.
hey whats wrong?why are the prayers of the islamic people not heard ?whether it be politics or sport, economics or any thing else.
is it because they have done something terribly wrong?or it it that god dosent like them ?
as far as i know the jews the christians and the muslims pray to the same god.but the jews pray to him directly without any mediator and we see them suffering for the last 2000 years, since they rejected the messiah not recognizing him and therefore suffering beyond explanation.the pious jew do admit that it is because of what they have done to jesus that they have been suffering for the last two thousand years.
the chrisians pray in the name of lord jesus christ.and you can see them to be at the forefront and at the helm of affairs in each and every thing.
the muslims pray in the name of mohammed, and it seems praying in the name of muhasmmed isnt working.and that itself is the root cause for all their woes, right from their backwardness to their unsuccessfulness in each and every thing.
i think they need to accept lord jesus as their savior and master then things would change for them, and it would be a diffrent story.but failure to do so would result in their destruction for eternity.let them choose they have a chice to make.

Wow, I'm stunned by this post,...

Catfish's picture

though, maybe I shouldn't be. Not fully understanding different cultures, one might not necessarily see this as an intolerant post, but believe it's a post of love and logic.

Hate to bust the bubble, but it's not, and it's not fair, and I say this as someone without any religion behind me. The truth is that you believe those who believe in Islam were praying that the West wouldn't do this or that; it's not the case at all. For every person who hoped the West wouldn't attack Iraq in 1991, there were 10 who were hoping Hussein would get his. For every person who hoped the West wouldn't attack either Afghanistan or Iraq, there were 10 who hoped they would.

I know the news out that way is skewed at times, but it's not balanced coverage to only show one side of the conflict without showing the other side. Not everyone is sad that these things have occurred; what's more true, though, is that many are disenchanted that troops from the West have lingered as long as they have. It would be nice if we could just come home and know that everything would be hunky-dorey, but that's not going to happen either.

So, before you make this a "Jesus is great, everyone else is fake" kind of post, please rethink your message and words; this isn't a road that one wants to go down recklessly.

Reviews of Everything, reviews and opinions of, well, almost anything!
