The best way to lose weight!!

Here's some advice for how to lose weight. This advice is from my own experience. Personally I think it is better than any other plan you can get. Obviously a good exercise regime and a healthy diet will help you lose weight but I have found that if you just change your routine, yes, your daily routine, you will lose weight! Examples: instead of sitting watching the telly in the evening, go out for a walk; make sure you are always active, whether inside or outside of the house; have a cleaning spree, you may laugh but it is a great way to burn energy. It may be a few weeks before you notice any difference but you will notice one! Try to 'activate' as many parts of your daily routine as possible for best results. This will increase your metabolism and you'll burn more calories. Good luck!
