I seem to have found the best. Well, at least, I have found Toronto best plastic surgeonToronto's best plastic surgeon. I wonder if I could convince him to make a trip over to the West coast to work on my son's nose?

Not that I don't trust the surgeon I have. I adore her, in fact. I guess sometimes I just get panicked that I could be doing something better?

I think my son is adorable. But I worry about how others will perceive him.
