This week Katharine McPhee and Taylor Hicks will duke it out at the Kodak Theater in what's sure to be the most anticipated American Idol finale -- ever.

Randy and Simon have both gone on record to say that they think Taylor Hicks will win - but Katharine McPhee is the leader in some major online polls.

So what can we expect to see on the American Idol finale?

*Katharine and Taylor will sing three songs - two of their choice and the third will be the "winner's single"...

*The "winner's single" is rumored to be "Make it Real" written by Nick Lachey and ex-Idol Tamyra Gray.

*US Weekly reports that Katharine McPhee will be dueting with.... Meatloaf (I know... I was shocked too!)

*No word on who Taylor Hicks will sing a duet with...

*Last year's winner, Carrie Underwood, will perform her single, "Don't Forget to Remember Me".

*Daniel Powter will be performing his hit single "Bad Day" on May 23rd!

*Live will be performing their new single "Mystery" on May 24th.

and finally...

*The Top 12 will reunite on stage one last time before the winner is crowned. Which means we get to see Chicken Little... again.

So... only one 2 more days before the final show! I can't wait!!!
