Ever since I turned 30 last year, I feel an anxiety to have my birthday come around this year. Everyone always talked about how being in your 30's is like the best time, sexually, mentally, emotionally, physically. But for me, It seems as if things have taken a nose dive in all these departments. I felt so much more energetic, and sexual and happier in my twenties, I also loved when my birthdays came around. Now birthdays aren't so exciting anymore. They're dreaded. Hopefully, I'll get past this feeling and start to experience the joys of being in my thirties.Technorati Profile
