Teenage Dating And Abuse

In case people have forgotten, there is alot of Domestic disputes going on in the world.
Recently, I watched an episode of The Dr Phil Show. The topic was called: TEENAGE DATING AND ABUSE to be honest it scared the shit out of me, of what these young women do to stay with their partners that's belting the shit out of them.
Would you ever let your daughter go out with a man that belts the crap out of her? Or would you sit back and let her make her own mistake.
This is my answer: Me, I would stop her so she would not destroy her life.
In my mind, I think that you have to get to know the boy before you let you daughter go out with him.
Also, get to know his parents as well. Once you know everyone try to relax and then maybe you can try to set up your daughter, with the boy she rightly deserves.
But be in mind she does have her own mind.
Learn to know when to pull back. I must admit I do not have teenagers just yet, but I will.
I think I'm going to have to wait for another 10 years.
In my experience when I was a teenager, I didn't have that many boyfriends, but I do know what's right from wrong.
