Have you watch That's 70 Show? I have. That show is hillarious. Kelso is so funny. Someone tell me that I am like Eric Forman. How can I be like Eric??

I am so sad that the show ended. I haven't watch this show a lot now. But sometime when I got time I would watch a rerun. It still makes me laugh. Even though you know what will happen, you still laugh when Kelso screw up. This show is awesome. I wish they should continue making this show.

Mental suffering are those caused by emotional stresses and strains,worries, tension,relationship failures,issues related to divorces, mis behaviour of children and the like.

According to the Swami Sukhabodhananda, there is a correlation between worrying and memory is found. People who worry more are found to have less memory. He says worry is like a rocking chair. It keeps us busy, but takes us no where. In life many things are unexpected. This causes a worry and fear in us. These worry and fear drains our brain energy and causes us to forget. Therefore when this happens, then the ability of mind to retain the learned gets affected. He gives us example, if a person has walk on the two feet wide road. He can walk freely. But if this road is situated 500 feet high above in the space, then the person will be nervous. Due to worry and fear our mind reaches this height and therefore forgets. He says for enhancing our memory, we should cultivate the habit of non worrying. Stay calm and focus on present. Worrying happens when we thought, what will happen to us, when we fail. To be more confident, we should believe the real power inside us. There is a incident in Thialand. An ancient clay statue of Buddha was shifted to some other place. During the journey, it started raining heavily. The workers tried to save the clay statue from water, by covering it with umbrella and coconut leaves. Still the statue got wet and gold statue emerged from inside of it. Similarly like this statue, we have covered our self with clay and forgot our real gold self. Worrying is muddying the mind. Our real nature is like the calm, Golden Buddha. Some what is the similar story of a beggar, who lived under the tree for years. After the beggar died. The land was ploughed. To the surprise of workers they find huge amount of treasure buried under the point where beggar lived. We are like beggar seated on treasure. We have treasure of love, joy and silence within us, but our worrying mind makes us beggar. Only we need to tell our sell that we are not beggars, and then see the difference in our memory.
