The actor Vin Diesel and his girlfriend, model Paloma Jimenez, has welcomed a baby into the world on April 2nd in Los Angeles. The baby’s name hasn’t been released yet. Vin Diesel has starred in the movies, “The Fast and the Furious,” “Boiler Room,” “Saving Private Ryan,” “The Pacifier,” and “The Chronicles of Riddick.”

Why do some people think that they are entitled to everything in this world? It makes me mad when I meet a person like this. I know a person who thinks this way and everytime I see this person that is all I can think of. THis person thinks that they should be given everything in this world for free or little money. This person is very spoiled as well, you can tell in the conversations that I have had with them.

Dear Children,

It's time to tell you the truth. Christmas is coming and I have your lists memorized. A. wants a lifelike pony toy that makes crunching noises when you feed it a fake carrot. I love this one because I put my fingers into it's mouth, and when it makes the crunching noise, it sounds like the horse is breaking my finger bones. It makes me laugh. S. wants Legos. I look at the world and despite all the wonderful advancements I wonder: Have really learned anything from the past?

It seems since the dawn of civilization it seems we are in constant conflict and stuggle. For reasons that range from good to evil, we engage in conflicts because we can't, won't, or simply don't want to see the other side's point of view. People have been killing, robbing, stealing, conquering, and destroying since the beginning. Sometimes the people I come in contact with during the course of the day make me wonder just what the world dishes out to those people. If you’ve read many of my posts on BlogFeast, you know that the world has not always served me the tastiest dishes – not by a long shot. But, somehow, I think I’ve managed to keep a certain equilibrium. Those who know me best, or spend the most time with me, will have to be the real judges of that.

Imagine if there was a feature button on our posts that would allow us to make our posts private again (even after comments had been made).

I am sure this would help people who needed to get stuff off their chest and then wanted to "shut it down" again so that it was not for all to see again (like when you do a draft), instead of having to delete the entire post.

Attipat Krishna swamy Ramanujan (1929-1993) was born in Mysore and educated at Mysore and Indiana university in the U.S. He lived in Chicago where he taught dravidian studies at the University of Chicago until hs death. Well known as a poet in English , Ramanujan also translated poems and stories from Tamil and Kannada.
