Time-off from work and school can be spent with family and friends during the Holiday season which leads to a lot of drinking of alcoholic beverages which are "Calorie Bombs" all by themselves, along with the snacks consumed with them during the football games that are broadcast all day Sunday and Monday nights also.

What Does Your Weight Have to do With Your Class?
Submitted by msalada on August 31, 2006 - 4:47pm. weight loss | weight loss diet | weight loss pill | weight loss program | weight loss s | weight watchersI do a lot of reading and research on weight loss. Today I read an article that said that lower class people have more issues with obeing overweight. I think that I tend to agree with that statement to a certain extent. I think about the city that I reside in. The older parts of town; where there is less money, seems to have more obese people than the wealthier parts of town.
I wonder why this appears to be the case. Is it because they are not as well educated and don’t know how to eat sensibly or is that the wealthier people spend more money on gym memberships and less on fast food. The answer to the question is going to differ depending on who you ask.

How Important is Water to Losing Weight?
Submitted by msalada on August 25, 2006 - 2:31pm. la weight loss | weight loss | weight loss diet | weight loss program | weight watchersAmazing as it may seem, water should be the most important part of your weight loss program. Water is a true catalyst when it comes to weight loss and keeping it off permanently. You should drink 64 ounces of water a day. If you drink very little water now, you are probably going to have gradually increase your water intake until you reach 64 ounces. Adding more water to your diet will help you have a more consistent weight loss.
