When you look great you normally feel great. Weight management is taking care of yourself like eating every day to nourish the body you likewise also take care of the things you eat.

There are times where I crave for certain types of food. Sometimes I crave for chocolate for a month. I eat them like there's no tomorrow. Other times I crave to nuts. There are other cravings and they seem to run in cycles.

We need to have 8.1 hours of sleep to re-charge our bodies. People who have less than 6 hours sleep a night have a 70% higher mortality rate, according to Californian studies. I'm currently studying spending 18 hours in bed, so will hopefully live to a 130.
